Welcome to Go Jump Higher….

Over the next few weeks/months we will be offering tips on jumping higher that you can use no matter which sport you are looking to improve in.

Obviously Basketball players need to jump higher to dunk but increasing vertical leap height is also crucial in Volleyball, Football and several other sports.

Do Jump Higher Programs work?

We have just reviewed several of these programs and have found major differences. Over the next few days we will begin to report out findings – so keep checking back!
